Located 10 minutes from Carcassonne, our terroir has a unique characteristic in France for its original blend mixing oceanic (Merlot, Cabernet) and Mediterranean (Grenache, Syrah) grape varieties.

We offer tours of approximately one hour, including a visit to our vineyards, a tour of the cellar, and a guided tasting of a selection of our wines.
Tours can be conducted in French, Spanish, English, or Portuguese.

We also offer fully personalized winemaking experiences: creating your own cuvée (with your unique bottle to take home), participating in the harvest, learning about pruning… and many other tailor-made activities.
Each experience is designed to immerse you in the heart of the winemaker’s craft and share our expertise with you in an authentic way.

Events and private hire
Château Tour de Rissac opens its gardens to host your bespoke parties, gatherings, and celebrations.
We also offer our own themed days: grape harvest, pruning workshops, or winemaking sessions.
Each day is customizable and typically unfolds as follows: a shared breakfast, exploration of the estate and immersion in our expertise, followed by a chosen activity. Lunch is served on-site before the activities resume, or a relaxing afternoon to fully enjoy the grounds.
